As a Techno/Rave song, Darkness brings some nice samples to bear. Under any other circumstances, an overdriven, overbearing bass drum would reflect negatively upon the song. However, this IS a techno/rave song, and the drum is perfect. While all 66 orders are at least slightly different, the song does sound repetitive, as most techno/rave songs are prone to, and for that I must give somewhat low marks for originality/creativity. The opening to the song was done rather nicely, but the transition to the 'meat' of the song was rather hard on the ears. However, the transition to the end of the song is VERY nicely done. Tracking skills are really shown off in the beginning and the end.

Oscillate the rhythms some; they get really voring. Play around more with panning and volume. The song is too repetitive.

seems to double up on voices too much, drop the volume on the other tracks instead of doubling everything bad clap sample lack variety on drum beat no rhythmic or melodic variety through the song, makes it hard for the listening to be drawn in cool break at pattern 32 good use of offset 9xx effects "boom-chick" drum beat and lack of melody are the areas needing improvement

Apart from drums this tune doesn't have much to offer. Rhythm is a a good thing but this have it WAY too fast, way to monotonous, and the truth is that I was fighting the urge to throw away the headphones during most of the tune. The only good part of the tune was the beginning, where there were actually some chords and a melody.

Cool analog samples at the beginning, but that's about it, looks like this guy just got himself a 909 and exploring the machine. Nothing great there... Nothing too musicial, Repetitive a bit too much. It's a little bit about fair.

A good techno track, suited for a hardcore dance party! Even though a techno track is suppose to be repetitive, there is alot of room for variation in this track. When you decide to pan the sample all the way to the right, you only need to put pf on the timeline where the sample is playing, not on every timeline onwards. Eg. only need c-5 01 pf to pan the sample c-5 01 pf pf pf .... is unecessary.
