First thing I noticed was a terribly noisy sample. I checked on the rest and to my (fake :) horror, all the wrong samples are 8bit. High frequency samples (e.g. hihats) are 16bit in this song, deeper samples (claps, timpane, etc) are 8bit and *noisy*. These drums have no pressure. But the bass is good, although nothing extraordinarily special. The song has a nice flow with few weaknesses (from order 32 to 43 mainly). The leads sound a bit uninspired, but all in all, the song structure is ok. When the song started, I thought 1.)sample ! ;) 2.)this is going to be euro dance pop 3.) I've heard this chord progression before. Well, it's no euro dance pop, but the author followed the rules of doskpop (not funk, like the song name implies). It all fits together and makes for a nice sound over all. Some melodies need some adjustments, and almost all of them (leads as well as supportives) could use some delay or reverb. Some of the samples (e.g. the wannabe distorted guitar) are annoying, regardless of what they play. The song doesn't play correctly when looped, the author forgot to reset the tempo.

I quite liked this piece. It has a great deep bassline with a well developed melody. It flowed along quite well at a well chosen tempo. Great piece overall.

The intro for this is kinda cool. Nice volume sutters you put on those pianoish things. I think it would benefit from some background strings though. One of the first things I notice after this is the clear drums. Good mixing, and nice usage of those strings. Cool background things you have going.. I.e., the strings, the chords going, and also the synth line you have going. I love the part where the shakers come in. One thing though.. The melody on that synth/ guitar thing is too low. It's not that good anyway. Excellent chorus. I think that lead instrument would be better if it were actual brass though :).. Cool tom fills, too. Cool bass solo after that. It's cool that you took the chance to kinda go a little wild on those drums :). Great lead in from the start of those funky organ chords into the next part of your song. It's just a shame that the guitar melodies don't quite fit. Is that sample in tune? Maybe.. Just wondering :). Quite funky. Nice punchy sound to the drums, and good job of mixing the slap bass in to fit well with those drums. Appropriate ending I think.. Although you may want to add some other instruments into that last "hit" to make it a little more dramatic. This song isn't a groundbreaking style, but it's original.. These samples are all clean, and original from what I can tell. The samples fit well together. I never got bored with this song. .. Nice job with structure! It was long enough to appease.. Musically it's decent.. My only problems are with your melodies which leave much to be desired. But overall, great job!

You can tell what the artist was attempting here, but somehow it just doesn't work as well as it should. The beginning of this song is excellent, but it unfortunately doesn't keep the listener's interest all the way to the end of the song. Patterns 26-33 (p.o. 32-34) as well as the following few patterns were really well done and both enjoyable and original. But somehow, the overall tune became lost and a little dull by the middle of the song.

Very good music. But I think that orders 20-2B are curse this good thing. (Sorry, but it's only my opinion). But other stuff is very very enjoable.
