The panning is too 'automated' and relies too much on envelopes. An organ swinging from left to right gets on the nerves. A trick is to listen to a song in headphones and you'll see what I mean. The bass guitar was a bad choice of middle instrument, it's too loud for starters, you need to concentrate more on volumes. In a band everything is not loud, certain instruments will be softer than others, you need to learn to apply this. Instrument 17 is out of tune, and drags the song down even further. Also becareful when using certain instruments such as organ, they don't pitch bend in real life, so try not to do that in your tracking. The bass guitar again should not be used as the lead for example in patterns 6 through 9. Maybe up an octave higher and much softer would have worked. Again, with this bass guitar (sample #14), the sustain is too much, and it makes a very muddy sound which gets on the nerves after a while. Becareful about using sustained instruments. Other than this, your song had structure, and rhythm and a decent chord progression, however there needs to be more change, and as I mentioned earlier more dynamic range to the sound.

I like the full use of every track...and there's a lot of them. It may have gone overboard a little, with some many instruments its hard to control volume and make each track sit just right in the mix. This was a problem I found. With 5 different bass sounds 7 percusion tracks and no panning it can get confusing. As far as that, this song was cool...good samples, nice change-ups, maybe a little repetative but no problem.

Much more enjoyable than a lot of the other songs entered this year. This is a pretty good tune all together, but at some points becomes a little obnoxious. While the tune maintains a pretty enjoyable beat and melody throughout the entire song, and generally strayed from repetitiveness, I still probably wouldn't listen to this song very often by choice. Somehow i just kept imagining it in as the background song for skunnikart. The good parts, and the obnoxious parts more or less cancel eachother out, making this a mediochre song.

hmmm... something about this track bugs me, feels like I've heard the main lead line somewhere before, but I just can't put my finger on it :P And there are too many other things about this track which remind me of some other old things I'd rather forget about. hmmm This doesn't sound to positive does it? Well, the track itself is fairly bouncy and fun and rather cheesy, but... well, dunno. It's not badly put together, but something about it pushes me away for some reason.

the lead was too weak. The drumbeats and background were equally strong. edit the esamples some and modify their individual volumes. The volume doesn't change at all throughout the song. later the lead becomes strong but int the beginning/middle area it's too weak.
