This song seemes to lack a theme that the listener could identify and follow. The artist showed some skill with piano, but didn't pay enough attention to the supporting instruments. For example the drums. Drums aren't a necessity, but they do create a rhythm that the listener can follow, but if the drums are used not insynch with the rest of the instruments it makes it difficult for anyone to keep up with the song.

this song was very sporadic. it built up a lot, but didn't really go anywhere. i liked the chords, and the leads, but they were musically "wrong" in many places. it had a game music feel that sounded pleasing and nice in some places, but didn't fit right in others. the form of your song was typical, although the leads had a little mind of their own (in a good way). the song had occasional transitions which kept my interest. i really liked your drums/drumfills. technique was good. you are an efficient tracker. your patterns went from 1-11 which is stunning. i usually go back and modify and add and my patterns are kind of jumbled. i don't know if your orderliness is good or bad, but it's original. heh.. your volume/panning choices were interesting to say the least. i'm not used to seeing volume changes look like sawtooth waves. :) i liked the echo effect on instrument 5. i've never seen or used that before. the drums would have sounded better had they built up to a climax and started earlier. you didn't have the crash cymbal loud enough. many of your samples were ill-tuned or at incorrect volumes.

This tune is enother example of a tune which COULD be good, but fails in one important musical discipline: Harmonies. Despite the not at all bad tracking and the nice-sounding (though sometimes too obviously ripped) samples, the used chord progression just doesn't make any sense but is only a sequence of chords which sound ok next to each other but without any real structure in the whole. And with such a weak background, also the melodic elements (which wouldn't be bad at all otherwise) go down the drain with the rest of the song. So just practice chord progressions some more, then you (whoever you are) will most probably be a good tracker some time.

This is the average song. I suppose I shouldn't say that, but after listening to it a couple of times, I still couldn't pinpoint anything that I truly liked or disliked about it....The samples seemed okay, but not awe-inspiring.... Originality was okay, as this song didn't really remind of anything, but didn't really seem any different, either....The form was okay, because there was enough change in the song to keep me listening, but there wasn't the edge to it that made me feel anything more...Technique was okay, with things like the swing speed and decent usage of volume and stereo helping things out, but with nothing extra to make me think that this song was new or great....All in all, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't really good, either.

This song relies heavily on chords to carry it through. As a result, the melody seems to be absent about half of the time and when the piano comes back into to play it, it blends to into the background. So, what I can say is that a finer job of balancing out the volumes might be in order to bring out the leading parts from the supporting parts. It also sounds to be a little bit patched together, like you were a bit rushed in throwing it together. There are some transitions which just seem odd. Like just before the drums get introduced there is a period of just the drums and the flute after building up the sound.

Despite its name this song is actually quite good :). The whole song has a really cool sound to it. The piano/strings work wwell with the bass. There should be more and louder drums. Maybe some more atmospheric samples. The main problem with this song imho is that it never ventures far from the main riff. All the leads are just sort of randomly made to fit it and are nothing memorable. The song is good, but it could have been better.
