The song had a slight electronic analog feel to it, but feel short when I felt that the bass was competing with the other samples to take the lead instead of supporting one. This was possibly due to the very high volume the bass was given while the intended lead was at a much lower volume. Also the artist should be careful not to use notes that fall out of the scale the song is playing in, it makes the song sound awkward and off balance.

you have a jumpy/jazzy sound. very nice. kind of WAVEy.. this song definitly could make it's way into the veteran catagory. form: excellent. nice transitions. doesn't get stale. builds up well and just plain sounds cool! i'm only supposed to judge to the first 4:00 minutes, but it got so good at the end.. hee hee.. hold your attention, yet dancable. technique: excellent, good use of filtered sounds. nice layers. musically "correct" in most places. i wasn't sure how you made the sound "jump" the way you did, but was suprised to see your liberal use of speed changes. the "A" effect is used more than any other in your song.. heh.. interesting way of adding "step" to your song. samples: wow! all 16-bit! i expecially like the percussive xylophonic sample weaving it's way with the baseline. and the filtered sounds gave it a different/fresh character. i really liked this song. very professional.

These chords have a nice sample. Certainly an original way of making chords. I like the chord progression when you bring in the melody. Percussion is well done, and the squarewave lead sounds good when it's role is melody. I am not sure if I like it being used as a chord sample. I also like the parts of this song that use a vibraphone. This song is high in the originality category, and also does well in form as far as chord progression and melody. I am not sure if the mix is always quite right, sometimes the instruments you use for different parts are a bit odd. You might take a hit in the sample area because of this, although you did have several good samples in there.

Holy Crudmax! This track is a real nice groover! Really attractive intro and it's got a cool groove all the way through. damn! I really love this one, why can't all tracks be of this quality? And kudos for the samples, they are of really good quality and very nicely looped. Great work!

Catchy, jazzy, but a bit heavy on the bass, and leads are a little bit suppressed too much. Transitions are pretty clean for the most part, and the song seems to flow from one segment to another. The instruments do seem to all be played as one long phrase without many breaks in between. Try breaking up things a little bit more and give them a syncopated feel---you'll probably find that the song becomes a little more jumpy as well. Overall, good job.
