A proffesional sounding song overall. By order 36 it starts getting very repedative, while there is song change which stops it getting boring earlier, it probably needs some larger changes by now. Wider and more controlled panning may also help. While using Pitch-Panning enhances the sound you can only get the more spacial, wider panning by deliberately panning each note in the chord to say, left for low notes and right for high. I could see this competing in veteran catagory with the technical expertiese the author has.

Aahhh... This is music. It should make round 2 with ease ( my guess, compared to other stuff i heard ). The bass grabs my attention fast. The synth leads sound too cluttered at times, but you clear them out fast. Pitch slides do what they're suppose to " sing out to me ". ;) Ambient background keeps substance. The other instruments you put in at low volume are nice, for effects. Ending is good. Great song and good luck.

Wow. I like the intro you got goin here, but I was kinda dissapointed that you were using the string piano samples of doom that I used so many times in my own songs. Once we got past that hurdle, I really enjoyed this song. The note effects you used on your melody were good - you didn't overuse them, but you still USED them. I was worried when I started listening that there would be lots of repetition, but alas, there was not. You variated the melody through each repeat, which is good. Maybe a little variation in that bass-line would be something to consider? The fade out works well in the way you used it. This song is one of the better ones I've heard in this category. Good job!

Nice beat, though its a bit unoriginal. Fades are done ok, solos work throughout, theme seems to fit together well, Over time, the background gets too *ordinary*. Overall, not a revolutionary piece, though a decent one.

There are some definite strengths here. I like the unique lead, and the overall "orchestration" is impressive. Things -I didn't- like included the overuse of the bass slap, the weak key change near the middle of the song, and the piano... The fade was also less than impressive. :\ I like the rolling synth in the background--it's a nice touch. The echo on the lead also works quite nicely, even though it's panned too wide. You should lower the volume on that ride that you use when the music picks up, and the snare is a little too prominent (it would have sounded better with a bit of reverb, and a higher timbre).

Nice, uhm, synth rock? I almost always enjoy this type of tracked music when it's done well, and this tune's good enough for me to like. Some very well tracked leads in there.. not much of a melodic hook to be found anywhere though, so the one thing that I kept hearing in my head afterwards was the bass line. Really, that bass kills me. Oh, and the key change at order 32 is a nice touch. On the other hand, the samples aren't that special, and that piano type thing used for some chord work is just too old (uhh.. I've probably used the same sample in the last year or so so heh). One thing I don't understand is why the hihats are panned to seemingly random positions all over the place, I think a certain level of realism is always a plus for this kind of music, and good drums play a big part in that, for me at least. The drum part is more imaginative than what you hear usually, but trying to make it sound slightly more "live" is what I'd concentrate on. I'd also have given a few more points for a different type of ending, ie not just fading out. Good, but there's room for that improvement thing. So there.
