This song has lots of harmonization problems. It doesn't go anywhere, just plays a couple of notes and then it ends.

sounds like some old krafwerk tune. weird synth sounds with very simple drum and basslines. you could have paid more attention trying to tune some of the samples. atleast you have managed to pick the right category to compete in. anyway, some of the "melodies" are just plain awful.

There were a few nice aspects:integer songstructure, i found some intresting breaks but the majority could have been done a lot better. That will not help you in this way, start by balancing your instruments first, set up a good base and chord-progression second and add the melodical leads in the last or you must be so inspirational that you can clip the chord-progressions and baselines around it but that is quite hard. With this you have to experiment a bit, if you mastered those basics you can continue to improve your percussional mastering. It's not too bad but also not too good.

Since this is "emergency voting", I don't think I need to be too concerned about making comments, eh?

Damn, this tune had a really good start, unfortunately the rest of it sounded rushed, and with a style change after the intro strings deteriorated. Firstly the for the bass you should have used something rounder and not so twangy. A round bass would give this tune a smoother flow. The rez synth backing in pattern 4 Channel 5 could be softer. The same sample used in instrument 10 with the pitch envelope wasn't a good idea, and becomes annoying very quickly. Be very careful with use of Pitch bend/portamento use it sparingly and only for effect. Over use of this effect will damage your tune! Sample 7 (Synth horn) is way out of tune! However, the panning is quite decent. As I said before, the start was good, but it just got harder to digest as it progressed!
