Considering that this is a rookie-entry, the music sounds more like atleast an intermediate high-end entry. There's no flawz in the harmonies and the sample- tuning is also ok. The tune is quite empty though. I was impatiently waiting for the big string-section and the breathtaking synthlead, but I guess that'll have to wait 'till the sequel :) A little more experience and experiments with arranging tunes will add that missing thing to your music. The lead and structure of the tune is very balanced - varies between what is almost a chorus part and a silent main melody-part. The lead is simple, but doesn't hurt the tune at all. The samples could have been better - although 16 bit versions of the existing set would probably have done the job.

A very short tune. I like the beginning and there's nice variation in the beat throughout the song. However, I think there's too many strings/pianos/stuff in block 8-11 - they seem to blur each other out - and the channel counter goes wild :O I think the two parts of the song fits well, though they're both pretty short. Good use of instruments (i.e. the drum instrument) But the sample quality is not very good, and you had lots of space left to improve them.

Good intro. But the melody use always the same chords. At pattern 12 the little piano? melody is not good. It's too much repetitive.

Not much stands out here, although the tracking is pretty good for a rookie, and it starts out with a nice full atmospheric sound. I like the oboe-type sound that comes in late in the song (order 16), although I don't really like it as a lead, a bit too overbearing. Sample set is pretty generic, but they work together pretty well. All in all, pretty decent.

Rather typical ambient. The samples were okay and weren't too out of tune. This sounded like 2 songs, put together at pattern/order 12. The ending left much to be desired. The beginning of the song was nice and took you somewhere but the rest wasn't exciting. Frankly, this song caught little interest of mine due to the muddled sound and utter lack of variety, discounting the jarring change at order 12. It sounded a little random. Good luck on your next song!
