The technique in this song was pretty awful. Simply that one thing spoiled the whole song. Here are some examples: the synthstring repeated the same thing, with one channel, through the whole song, which was very boring. I didn't like the drums very much either, the beats were awful. You used too less channels. Only thing I liked in this song, were occasionally the bassmelodies.

The melody really needs to be improved, it needs a beginning and an end for example. You shouldn't sample a sequence of notes... Sorry for this VERY short comment but I just realised that the actual deadline is at Sun 10/8 00:00 GMT instead of Sun 10/8 24:00 GMT! I'm terrible sorry.

The start of this song creates a rather confused effect - appropriate for the name of the song. The beat is nice but needs more subtlety. Sample 12 is out of tune and there is some glaring clashing and dissonance in orders 0E-10 which is not attractive and detrimental to the overall appeal. The song is a little disorganised and wonders around a bit. The effects and speed increase at order 16-17 are good. The song really lacks a strong musical theme around which the track could be structured. Work more on structure and subtlety.

Way too odd. This is just a jumbled mess of random vocals.

This artist was to say the least very experimental. They had at some points a beat that sounded pretty well put together, but everytime I thought things would be stable the song changed up in a weird way. One thing that SERIOUSLY hurt this song was it's samples being out of tune. There is nothing worse to a song than to throw in a sample that is out of tune of everything else. It makes the whole impression become flat and hard to appreciate. Learn to tune your samples. Also this tune lacked a solid chord progression and changed themes faster than the beat itself. The artist should plan out their song and base it off proper structure. The other thing that hurt this song was the not so great quality samples. Granted there was only room for 1meg of intruments, but be more careful in what you choose. Try to have your song flow, and pay attention to changes in the measures.. when making a song in 4x4 time it's a good idea to have the intruments follow that pace as well. An instrument playing at the wrong time will do your song no good. The artist should also do a little research on scales. When a song is playing on a certain scale not all of C C# D D# E F# G G# A A# B are played.. pending on the scale some of those notes should be skipped since they do not blend in with the others. If you can go to a library or book store and buy a simple book on music theory that covers the "basics" that should help you out. Good luck.

Some samples are out of tune, and some were of low quality. Vocal sample sounds out of place, and the beat is too chaotic. Bad chord samples. Musical content is disoriented and confusing. There is too much happening with too little control over the flow of the music. Leaves the listener dazzled and trying to grasp the idea of your song. Transitions from parts to parts were inadequate and very abrupt. You must get some coherency into your music before technical points can be honed.

Not too many songs now are 8 track. The best part was the rhythm. Most of the rest of the song was not nearly as good. Sample 03 was not on key (or on rhythm) with the rest of the song. At Order 8, track 5, that instrument was REALLY off-pitch. The organ was doing almost the same thing over-and-over again. You should have spent more time on your riffs. My first impression was that they sounded a little cookie-cutter. You didn't really need to double up on the strings. Some parts of the song was OK, but with a little bit more work the song could have been better.
