THIS IS A ROOKIE ENTERY?!?! I didn't find anything "rookie" about this song at all! This is definitly a 1st placer (unless of course another VETERAN entered into the wrong category). This could have been a finalist in the Intermediate or even the Veteran categories. This song was VERY good, however, the only thing I found "rookie" about this song was the maximum number of channels you used. OK, now I know that NNAs are fun and everything, but 63 CHANNELS!!! GOSH!!! Some soundcards can not even support HALF of that, let alone peoples computers (mine for example). On the MC6 site they said that it is a good idea to not go over 30-32 channels. You might have scored more points in the final round if you stayed under that limit. Gee... that is just about it... Not too much bad to say about this one. Except that there was too much bass (use Cubic and do a graphic analizer). The chords were flooding into the Basses range. The sample quality was terrific, good use of volume/panning envolopes. Good drum beat. Song kept my interest. This is a terrific job! I gave this song a very good rating, and it would be a pleasure to see another one of your songs next year... in the right category (veteran). Keep composing! Good job.

This song shows an excellent tracking technique which is highly advanced. Superb string work at the beginning as well as good bass and slap work. Drums are maybe a little overworked, especially the snares. The tune is well tracked and there is a nice swing to the song. This is both musically and technically advanced. I think the sweeped panning enveloped are not really necessary and overused. This is a very advanced and well sequenced track and maybe should have been entered in a higher division, being better than many veteran entries. Nonetheless, as a rookie entry it is outstanding, with all aspects, both musical and technical, addressed effectively, creating a very attractive sound. Look out for more by this tracker!

A very good song. Excellent variation halfway through. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps making the background strings a little softer and the leads slightly louder.

May I suggest the title was chosen because this song was intended to be elevator music. This is one the most boring and bland songs I have heard in ages. Not the mention the melody had completely no structure...probably a good thing is was mixed too softly. On the plus side, the song was tracked technically -very- well (except for the melody being too soft). This song quite nearly reached its full potential, which isn't saying much.

this composer really has his mixing down. however, some of the samples are echoed far too much, creating a bit of unneccesary confusion in a few places. in general, though, its a pretty solid track, and though i'd like to hear more of a climax, musically, it works pretty well overall.
