Hi, I'd a vision. :) Not about the sea... however it would be nice to spend the holydays at the seaside. But better talk about what You showed in this tune. There are some samples - some very low quality ones. And You know why. I found some songs with vocal samples this year, there are only some short speaches in the most of them, but You showed that it is possible to sing a whole song. I am happy with it, but I have to point onto the flaw of this, and I think I'm not writing this at the first time. Those vocals eat up some bytes You know, and then You need to downsample them and the other samples too, that means reducing the sound quality, because You have to stay below the size limit. And of course You will have no space for the pattern data. The price is so high for your vocals. In my opinion, You should enter instrumental music, because it's a composers' competition, not a singers'. But I won't penalize You for that. The scene needs You and this form of music. Just try to improve the quality of your samples. The whole song is very simple, the drums are just dummy. Next time be more clever. I played a bit with your sample #1A "Vision of the sea", try to set this: repeat=68DB, replen=09EC. Maybe that would work better.

The septimes of the piano in the first pattern do not fit. The high hat is too loud and penetrating throughout the song. Although the lead melody is nice the singer could not hold the high notes and has no clear voice either.

Nice piano sample and chord progressions. Something different to most other entries because of the vocals. The female vocals has quite a nice voice but the recording sounds too muffled (not clear) probably because of the echo effect. A well-structured and well-balanced song with some nice leads. The lead instruments could have more interest, like using effects like vibrato and volume slides. Overall, a potential ballad with originality but the song sounds too much like someone singing karaoke.

Ouch! vocals start out pretty good, but then start to hit a few bad notes. Whoever sang these can't quite hit the the high notes. They just get worse and worse as the song progresses. The song has merit as an instrumentsl peice, I actually might have given it a higer rating without the vocals. Since they stick out so much, I'm mostly talking about them :). Vocals to not necessarily a good song make, paraphrasing somebody.

Nice soft song overall.. everything is in-tune an nothing extreamlly blaring loud. Things that hurt the song is that guitar in order 10, that could use some work. Mostly the voice overs could need the most work, the quality is not good at all, couldn't understand half of it, also it sounds like you need to tune them a bit to your samples.. hmm, are you mis prouncing "Vision"? Other than that with a bit of work could be a nice song..

This was funky I thought there was some complex patterns which were nice but a few of the patterns were not done that well.
